At IWF we are here for you at any stage of your WFM journey. Even if you have finished your project, we are available to assist you with our support offering.
You will have a dedicated team of support consultants who you will be introduced to on day one. In this session we will review your systems.
We will respond to any issues raised within an agreed SLA. We can off access to our IWF support portal to log tickets or we can use your in-house system which ever works better for your business needs.
We can support your business via Teams, Zoom, phone, email or even in person as required. We are happy to provide feedback to your in-house team or even your end users.
Finally, we can even offer training documentation for your solution if required
Fully Managed Service
We offer a fully managed service in which our consultants act as a part of your in-house team. Your Product owner can use our team as an extension of your business, we will help with any new configuration as well as looking for efficiencies within your system & business processes to improve user experience.
Pay as You Go
With our Pay as you go Service you only pay for the support you need. Be it building a new pay rule or fixing an integration you will only pay for the support that you need. We can either get on with the work or provide a quote for the work before we carry it out.
Minimum Hours Offering
IWF can also support you with our minimum hours offering; with this we would provide a minimum number of hours per week for your business to use however you see fit, this could be training, configuration or anything else you see fit for that week. This provides you the peace of mind that you will have an experienced consultant available to you whenever you need them.
